MN - The former Gaylord police chief will serve one year probation after he was sentenced in Sibley County yesterday. 61 year old Dale Roiger was found guilty back in April of misconduct of a public officer - a gross misdemeanor - after having a "bug" planted in the Gaylord Chamber of Commerce office.
