PA - State police are looking for a Washington man who is one of four accused of placing a wiretap in the home of a relative because they did not believe his alibi for the murder of a Buffalo Township woman.Douglas Edward Louk, 42, whose last known address was 843 Broad St., is wanted on wiretapping and conspiracy charges. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 210 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.
